With production operations in 22 countries, FremantleMedia is one of the largest creators, producers and distributors of entertainment brands in the world. From entertainment to drama, serials, game shows and factual programmes, FremantleMedia content is broadcast in 150 territories, including the USA, Europe, Scandinavia, Latin America and Asia.
FremantleMedia refurbished two floors in its Central London offices and needed to relocate 300 staff members outside office hours over a four-phase, five-month time frame.
Active won this contract following a recommendation from a different division within FremantleMedia. The relocation took place outside office hours and Active also managed the relocation of all desktop IT and telephony. Active was there to support staff while they found their feet in the new space. Additionally, Active removed all redundant furniture for green disposal, breaking it down into different waste streams for recycling.
Fremantle was so impressed with Active's project management that the company appointed Active to complete the remaining portions of an IT contract started by another supplier.
